Pilates: Core strength for beginners
8 minute class core strength class for beginners, including supine twist, single leg stretch, shoulder bridge and table top.
Yoga Class: Fire element and the solar plexus
45 minute vinyasa flow class, focusing on the element of fire and the navel centre or solar plexus, known as Manipura in Sanskrit. This class is suitable for all abilities.
Yoga class: Ayurveda kapha-balancing
60 minute vinyasa flow class, focusing on reducing feelings of lethargy. When Kapha is out of balance, we can feel tired and sluggish. This class is suitable for all abilities; however, the flow element is more challenging than my regular classes.
Breathing Practice: Nadi Shodhana
6 minute breathing practice of alternate nostril breathing, known as Nadi Shodhana in Sanskrit.
Breathing Practice: Ujjayi Pranayama
5 minute breathing practice of victorious or ocean breathing, known as Ujjayi in Sanskrit.
