Service Description
This class is only available for members of Wellington Health and Fitness Club in Crowthorne. There are three principles of Yin Yoga: 1. Hold poses for longer; 2. Hold poses in stillness; 3. Find your edge - a balance between challenge and ease. Traditionally classes focus on the energy lines that flow through the body, known as Meridians. Physiologically, the intention of the class is to open the fascia that surrounds the body’s organs, muscles and connective tissues, which can improve mobility at the joints. From an energetic perspective, improved fascial tone can enhance energy (chi) flow.
