Service Description

These classes are only available for members of Wellington Health and Fitness Club in Crowthorne. Classes incorporate pranayama (breathing), a gentle warm up, energising flow, balance, flexibility, inversion (accessible variations available) and relaxation. Classes are often inspired by significant astrological events, the lunar and solar phases and festivals and other festivals relating to Indian philosophies.
